Why do I get penalized if I’m sick?
When you have a real job, you are allowed to have a certain amount of sick days a year and still receive your paycheck. If you don’t get sick, you get to take those days as vacation.
In this class, you are allowed to have six sick days for the six months of class. If you aren’t sick, you can take them as vacation. If you are sick, you still have your job when you get well.
No company can be successful if its employees are always sick or not there. If you accumulate more than six points, you will be fired.
What will I achieve by taking this class?
You will get a certificate of completion when you graduate. The objective of the class is for you to learn many lessons that you will be able to carry forward and apply in your life.

How is this different from a class at school?
This is a hands-on approach to learning. There will be several lectures and guest speakers, but you will learn the most by doing.
If I am not accepted to this class, may I apply for the next one?
Yes.
Do we have class when the schools are closed?
No, during the school year when all the schools are closed, the class will not meet.
However, this is a summer school program and will meet during the summer holidays for two hours in the morning twice a week. There will be assignments and deadlines, so even though you won’t be in school, you will have homework.
There might be additional time required outside of class time, but you will be given plenty of notice to adjust your schedule.
